Return Process

  Sign in to your Google Store account, go to your Order History, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare your package

  Print the provided shipping label and place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, chargers, and manuals are included.

  Ship the item

  Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location as specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
